“International Marriage Broker Regulation Act of 2005” (“IMBRA”) which is a part of the “Violence Against Women Act” (“VAWA 2005”). This law imposes regulations by which men from the United States of America have to pass the provisions that are laid for them. Major Information included in the IMBRA form are: personal, criminal offense (if any) and marital background information.
We also operate in accordance to the local City Ordinance 5004 also known as the Women Development Code of Davao City which was implemented in the year 1997. Its main purpose is to protect the welfare of women in terms of trafficking and force marriage or any other forms of abuse.
This and many more regulations are implemented to ensure our women profiles that they are in good hands.

A Foreign Affair (AFA)
Membership – To ensure the legitimacy of women in the Philippines, AFA imposes local approach in conducting their membership. All the women from the Philippines who wants to be a member of LoveMe.Com must personally come to our office and fill out their membership forms and submit the necessary documents that would support the legitamacy of their personal information presented, that the women are of legal age, that their gender are true and that their status are certified single. This information will not be used by our company for any other purpose other than verification. In line with this membership it is also an intensive part of our business process to keep up to date information about the women.

Webmail – To ensure proper forwarding of mail recipients, our office monitors incoming and outgoing letter communication and make sure that they arrive to the correct end users. We also offer assistance in english translation of letters having the English language as a tertiary language used by the Filipinos.

Graphics – Our office conducts a wide range of graphical editing of designs from banners, logos, image enhancements and other forms of graphic related activities.
Photography – As part of the requirement for the membership, we also provide personal photo shoots for the members for ownership purposes. With regards to this photos, we also take pictures of all the activities being conducted by our office. Besides the membership, we also provide photography jobs in contract basis.
Visa Assistance – We also provide visa assistance to people who wishes to go abroad. We specialize but not limited to Fiancee and Spousal Visa’s.
